The Benefits of Plant Based Nutrition with Jane Esselstyn

Join Penn Vegan Society and APANSA as we invite Jane Esselstyn RN to lead a presentation on plant-based nutrition. Jane is a prominent voice for a plant-based lifestyle as a means of preventative medicine. She conducts research at the Cleveland Clinic. She is the co-author of The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook and The Engine 2 Cookbook, as well as the recipe creator for the NY Times #1 bestseller Plant-Strong and The Engine 2 Seven Day Rescue. Through this event we will explore the intersection of disease prevention and nutrition. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A, book signing, and light, plant-based fare.
